Samara was born and raised in Barbados until she turned twelve where her and her mother moved to the poor side of Manhattan to have a 'better life'. 

Three years later her mother got married to a man named Damien. Samara and her mother then moved to the richer side of Manhattan with Damien and his daughter Carrie. Samara also had to switch schools. There she met her boyfriend of two years and her best friend Aurora.

As Samara goes into senior year, she faces all kinds of conflict as well as family drama when secrets are exposed and her family's past catches up with her. 

What will happen when Ashton is seen for who he really is?
