Maya went to high school at "Peace Senior High." In March a new student April moved to Maine where "Peace Senior High" was located. April moved to Maine all the way from Jordan. April and her family moved in to the house across the street from Maya. Maya didn't want new neighbors, she thought that everything was perfect just the way it was. The house had been for sale little under two years. Maya didn't know anything about April and her family. April only had her dad. Her mom had died when she was in fifth grade, and now both my and April are in seventh grade. April also has a sister named Lilly in fifth grade.
