The Robbery

Sophia is a 17 year old girl who never thought anything interesting could happen to her! She lives in the middle of Indiana, in a small no name town. All she wants is to save up all her money, and get out of town. Go away to a good college, and get a good worthwhile job. She wouldn't have been this worried about it all if her dad hadn't left. Leaving her and her mom when she was only eight. Since then, money had been a little tight. Her Mom worked hard 18 hour days, till Sophia could get a better job to help support them, that's how their life is. Sophia currently works at the old Diner. But to remember her dad, and to remind her of her promise to herself on the day he left, Sophia still wears the locket that he told her would protect her always. It's the only thing she has to really remember him by. At the very start of the story, she is on her way to the bank to drop off a paycheck. (That's about where the story will really start.)
