Blur was always the one who was picked to be bullied for her everlasting background due to her old parents throwing her away (not really).  they died in a car accident while getting rid of her the crashed into an insane asylum the workers found Blur alive but both parents dead they got rid of the dead bodies and had the car towed she started her life in the mad house not named but soon as she arrived the patients got to name her the names that Ran where Blur Lovegood Luna and Rin
the votes came.in and she got Blur. she then started to grow up with her insane family she loved them all and helped them as she was helped by them. they taught her how to fight kill and cut open people.
