"I thought love was only one color, more of a shade. I never thought it could take your breath away...its made up of all the most beautiful colors you can imagine and beyond. I always thought that I could never fall in love. That I wasn't good enough to have love in my life. But then I saw him looking at me from behind his desk, and I couldn't help but fall madly in love with him. And I didn't even know him! That's when I saw all the colors of love." Fifteen year old Lila Johnston is raised by her wealthy family in Santa Monica, California. She isn't aloud to do multiple things because of the fact that her family is a "higher class type" family, for example: she isn't allowed to talk to "lower-class people," she can't wear "lower-class clothes," and most certainly can not date any "lower-class people." Lila doesn't like these rules and feels the need to do something about them. Even though she grew up with this rule, she can't put her finger on what feels so wrong about it and wants to find all the answers to her questions. This is the story of how Lila Johnston meets the love of her life and persuades her parents into letting these odd rules slide away from their way of life...read this book to find out what happens with Lila Johnston and these odd rules.

Lilliana Morency barely knew her own mother- a woman who was only 16 years older than she was. Lily was left to be raised by her grandmother, but was still burdened with crushing expectations to reach the academic heights that her mother failed to grasp. Left with nothing but her bubbly personality and her aspiring dreams to be a writer, Lily turns to a supposed "stranger" for help, not knowing just how much help she would be. *** Winter Callipie left the suffocating walls of her family home eleven years ago- and left the expectations she had with it. Now, a photographer struggling to make ends meet, she returns home at the request of the one person who has her heart. The only person who will ever have her heart. But when she meets a strange girl who refuses to leave her alone, something in her shifts, especially when she realizes just how alike they are. *Disclaimer* This is a completely spontaneous story that I started writing to prove to myself I can actually finish a writing piece and not get bogged down with making it perfect. Meaning this has no editing and no specific plotline or direction it's heading to. I just wanted to write something. I promise it will get exciting though. Despite all that, thank you for picking up my book and I hope you enjoy.
