Whenever people heard the name Laura Blackwell they thought leader, athlete, student, etc. She was known for having a 3.8 GPA and she was the co-captian of the girls varsity soccer team. Everyone knew and loved her.

One day, her best friend Hannah Rae visited from Miami, where Hannah had moved about two years ago, due to the fact her dad got a job at a recording studio to produce music with top artists. About two months after Hannah moved there, a 16-year-old boy named Austin Mahone had gotten signed and recorded music where Hannah's dad worked. Him and Hannah had gotten to be really good friends over those two years and they bonded over time.
