Blue orbs. Shadow beasts. Strange voices.  

Matthew Descartes' life had been normal- mediocre at best- before a blue orb randomly appeared in the midst of the forest. It altered the very chemistry of his body, and he walked away with remarkable powers that caused him to see things others couldn't.

No once could give him answers, so piece by piece he had to decipher the mystery on his own. That was until a mysterious being from another dimension contacted him, slowly filling in the questions. 

Apparently, Matthew was one of four humans chosen as hosts for a foreign energy, and he would be the added piece in this twist of destiny. Or had this been an element of fate all along? 

Though the beings from the other dimension have sworn to help, Matthew can't help but feel an eerie and sinister call behind their words.

Five men from different parts of the world tried committing suicide at the exact same time after going through certain hardships and ugly circumstances in their various lives. They were fed up with life and felt that there was no point to continue living. So, suicide was their only option to escape reality. As each of them was about to commit their own form of suicide, a mystical being suddenly appeared individually to them. These beings or entities were also five in number, just like the men. The mystical beings, all wearing long hoodie-type cloths that slightly covered their feet and of many different colors matching their skin tones, proposed a solution to each of the men, telling them that there is a way to change their fate for the better. Each of those men was very much terrified when they encountered these mystical beings, which looked like elves in appearance, but they accepted their offer, which they saw as a chance of changing their fate. The mystical beings did not actually tell them the way to change their fate but opened a rainbow multidimensional portal and all said the same thing, which is "FOLLOW ME IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR FATE," with a hand gesture signaling "follow me" towards the man they are individually with. These men did not hesitate but followed them through the portal with the mindset that they didn't have anything to lose by doing so, and they saw it as a chance of gaining salvation. In other words, a chance to be saved from their present predicament or situation and being improved or made new circumstantially. In the modern world, humans are the ones in control and live all over the planet. Living on all continents along with various animals ranging from various animals both on land air and water. With the planet consisting of humans, their imaginations range far and wide creating various things for them to enjoy. Of course, some of the imagination can lead to rather odd fantasies, which can gather a lot of folks. The technology has progressed rather far along with the lifestyle of humans.....until a disaster struck. A famous technology company had the intent of creating a teleportation device allowing them to travel to the other side of the plant in a matter of seconds. The initial test seemed to be going rather well with multiple people easily going through it but an unseen electric surge changed everything. The portal started to go out of control causing one of them to exploded while the other one started to suck in everything around it. As one of the individuals was sucked through the portal, his body was reverted to that of a newborn child with all of his memories intact. After exiting the portal and landing safely in a thick forest, he saw that he was in the dead of night. Scared and confusion filled him as he had no idea where he was but what came the next morning utterly shocked him. After falling asleep upon arriving, he woke up and found himself in an odd house that he didn't recognize. As he tried to figure out where he is, the door opened as who entered was a woman with long dark hair......and a set or rather long bunny ears. Not only this, there were two other small infants sleeping next to him with one of them clinging to him. What is this world? Who are these people and what are they? Are there any other humans out there besides him? The answer lies with the passage of time.

He woke up to the Aregonian gods, Osires and Zios, telling him about training and his future and staying away from Pantheos, the Aregonian god of the underworld. But everything they tell him to do, Nora says the opposite. Everything they say, Nora hints that they're lying to him. Unsure of what to think, and with Nora continuously telling him to simply "look deeper" and "wait a little longer", Genex decides he needs to find the answer, and he needs to find the answer now. -> This story can also be found in To Be a Writer, but I wanted to publish it seperately as well. :)

Suddenly, from the dark area of the building, there is a shadow with a sword showed up, then he saw a girl wearing japanese tradition outfit holding a samurai. She fights him with her prowess with her samurai, until she beats him, left collapsed. Simon wakes up, when surprisingly, he is at the mountains full of trees and with wood houses at the center. He was tied up at a tree, when samurai girl with group of ninja showed to him. She asked what is his purpose of coming in. At first, she is not willing to help as it will cause harm in her community, but later was convinced without apparent reason, to help him. She come up with a decision after she made a meditation for several days, calling her to help that man. They both went around the mountains, while along the road he finds her doing a meditation every day. One day, he accidentally touched her hand, but she gets mad, and said never to touch her again. He finds it weird with a petty reason she gets crazily mad. When he touched her, he feels some kinda unexplainable feeling, but he rejected it.
