Melody didn't know her real parents. She's lived with her guardian Betty her whole life. She's content and happy, but thats about to change. Her world has been turned upside down and while she discovers who she really is, time is running out. Betty has fallen ill and the life she has always know is changing. Can she save those she loves most?

When 18 year old Emily Miller goes to a club with her dare-devil friends something strange happens. Someone takes her and holds her hostage. The man is rude and won't let her go. Emily is scared and afraid of what he will do to her and what he has planned next. She doesn't want to die. Cops are called multiple times and she is told to hide inside the house at all times, never to leave. Will she make it out of this house? Will it take a huge twist? What happens when she tries to escape? "I've been here for days," she whispers to herself, "let me go."

'We live on a safe street, I never imagined this,' 14-year old Ivy's parents have been arguing all night, she's had enough of this and decides to run away. She starts to hear voices as she follows them and gets kidnapped. She slowly goes insane as she's locked in a room for months. TW *some scenes may be distressing to some people*

My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life. The only non-boring aspect of my life was my best friend which was only because she always managed to mess it up somehow. I didn't really mind much because it kept things interesting. That is until she disappeared leaving me to care for her fatherless child with nothing more than a few hundred pounds and a sorry note. She did ruin my old life. She ruined everything that I'd actually cared for. My parents hated the fact that I was 'throwing my life away' for a child that wasn't mine. Not to mention illegally. I dyed my hair blue in rebellion. My own way of saying "F*CK YOU!" ...They kicked me out shortly after. I couldn't find a decent job in the area and the rumors became so vicious that I just left and never looked back. Old life: Destroyed, unraveled, completely gone. Let's see how long my new life lasts shall we?
