The story depicts the journey of an exchange student Xenia Neteski, a 28-year old British lady, who enrolls for a one-year course at Vologda Institute of Business in Russia.

Until one gloomy afternoon when she strolls along Vologda River, she brushes with a dark, tall and muscular man-exactly like those hunks she reads on historical novels-and mercilessly finds herself being intertwined into his equally enchanting world.
Her journey has just begun...
