Seizing the Darkness

Synnove Mayfair, also known as Syn, is a Guardian for the Lorum Guild. The Lorum are trained fighters who help keep the peace while removing demons and other things that go bump in the night - the ones that pose a threat to the human race. It's something she has been doing since she was a young child, and ever since she lost the only family she ever had, her mother, to a crazy Fiend Demon.

It was something she was good at, excelled at even. The only thing she could control in her life, which was something she couldn't say about her powers as a half-witch\half-demon. But that doesn't stop her from handing someone their ass and keeping the peace.

Zephyr Dizaran, who is also known as Zeph, is an Incubus Demon. He spends most of his days with his two younger brothers, Rion and Tynan. He and his brothers are what most people would call "bounty hunters". While it wasn't a bad job to have - because fighting was one of the things he enjoyed the most - besides women.

The downside is working for your father and doing "His" bidding. He and his brothers bring the demons that have broken rules to their father, to let Him rule out their punishment.

What happens when Syn and Zeph's worlds collide? Will it be a complete disaster? Or will something far greater make these two work together in the end?
