Ivy Hale and Kisten Azura couldn't be any more different. Ivy is shy, quiet and sees herself as plain and ordinary, but is kind, funny and smart. Kisten is incredibly wealthy, powerful, and has the most insanely perfect looks you have ever seen. But put these all together and you get The most egotistical jerk you can find. Ivy is a human priestess (in training) who is meant to kill and exorcise demons and evil spirits, while Kisten is completely disgusted by humans. And yes, she's a human, and he's a powerful demon. Though the complete irony in all this is;
"Why would you care for this human?" It asked, looking at me with complete digust. "I'm serious, Kisten. I don't know why you would even bother with this worthless human..." its words stabbed me like a knife, stinging even more because it was true. But then I heard a furious growl beside me. "DON'T FUCKING TALK ABOUT MY FRIEND LIKE THAT!" He roared, before lunging at it.
