The city of Chicago has 2.7 million people, and about a quarter of them are under the age of twenty-five. While the rest of us sleep, these kids love, play, and dream in the Windy City- because really, why does New York get all the insomnia? Some toss and turn in bed, and some party it up like your parents warned you not to. For whatever reason, some Chicagoans can never shut their eyes.
