Ella and Amelia became instant best friends when they discovered that their favorite thing to do is watch the world burn. Ella growing up in a poor household as a single unwanted child seek-ed attention. Amelia growing up in a rich community where everything was handed to her except her parents love. Both scamming, pranking, and just preforming rebellious acts for enjoyment. But what happens when they come across many teenagers just like them?
