It is based on the anime "Hoshizora E Kakaru Hashi", also known as "A Bridge to the Starry Skies." It's about a teenage boy who goes back to his original hometown and enrolls into a school. There, he meets many friends, mostly girls, and go thought an entire year spending time with his friends. But, throughout the course of his friendship, something blossoms between one of the girls and him, a relationship a little more than friendship.
