The Cursed

Earth wasn't always home to just humans, there used to be elves, orcs, dragons, wizards, goblins, vampires, demons, angels (etc...). What happened to them? Is a question many ask.

It's Simple.

They left.

Seirei, an elf, who secretly practiced the arts of wizard magic, was found out and shunned. He swore revenge. He molded himself into a new being, a cat person, by combining himself with a demon. He gained a tail, grey. His eyes became slits, neon yellow. His Elven ears retracted and sprouted on his head, amidst his snow white ears, but, they were furry. He grew claws, from his hands and feet. From him a new race was born. For years he bided his time, creating more of the creatures like him, but they were never as powerful. He mastered the black arts, and the Elven magic, and with them, he created a new dimension.

It was then that he moved his race to the dimension, shutting them all off from earth. Over time, he grew to be Immortal, and eventually, when his race thrived heavily, they struck on earth. Wars raged for years, almost decimating every population but humans and the Weres. They fought heavily, eventually the humans surrendered, and half of the remaining human race were herded and taken to the dimension, called Kai.

The Weres, however pushed them back, but not before the Kai, the race created by Seirei, stole every last dragon, demon, angel, giant, elf, orc, goblin, and vampire, also secretly taking a hundred of each were race. The Weres of earth, transformed most of the remaining human population, and launched an attack.

The great wizard Seirei, asserted himself as a god, and climbed the Great Tree of Kain.
He created mountains, glassed the desert, grew the trees. Oceans formed, all made of fresh water. The dimension transformed into a planet. All but a small group of each race perished, as did the great Seirei.

Eventually the Kai, A single clan of Weres, the Wolves, and Elves rose as the dominant races. The rest kept to their selves, avoiding wars
