This is just an AU where Rey is on the dark side and Kylo is on the light side. But it takes place after the events of the movie. See darkness is a funny thing, it creeps up in people and gets you when you least expect it, but it finds a way no matter how strong you are. Yet, light is something you think would have an opposite affect or atleast not have that affect on someone but it does, and on the most evil people as well.

Rey must help rebuild the Resistance on a desolate planet in the Outer Rim whilst Kylo, as newly inaugurated Supreme Leader of the First Order, desperately hunts her down and the remaining rebels.
