Flippy is stuck living with the two mayhem twins Lifty and Shifty and their cruel father. The man trained the three boys to steal anything of value like money or anything he could sell for quick easy money.
Flippy's parents abandoned him as a young child because of his sudden out bursts and attacking people suddenly, when really it wasn't Flippy's fault. Or that is what he's been told anyway. Later on Flippy found out about Fliqpy and used his evil side as an advantage for stealing.
It was only when Flippy met a young girl that the green haired teen had a choice. Be a little thief forever with no friends or be persuaded into a very different kind of relationship?
