Aubrey Simon, Harrison High School's princess and sweetheart, might have met her competition when Layla Stonefield walks in.

Jake Pole is basically every girl's dream, and gets what he wants. That is, until he falls in love with Layla Stonefield, and she doesn't love him back. Aubrey Simon of the other hand, has had a crush on Jake for years, and this event just strengthens the feud between her and Layla.

Justin Eversea has been Jake's best friend since kindergarten, and he, too, was also insanely attractive. But, since kindergarten, Jake had been first in everything while Justin could only be second. Justin likes Aubrey, though he knows she likes Jake and not him. But when Layla starts falling for Justin, things get out of hand.
