Christopher Reed and Allison Miller are two childhood best friends who like to do things together. Since the day Chris and his family moved to Pennsylvania, he and Allie have gotten along so well and became best of friends. During the last semester of the school year, Chris grows weaker by the day and passes out in school. Unbeknownst to Allie, Chris has been fighting leukemia since age 7. With the school year almost over, Chris and his father decided to move back to Framlingham again, his father's hometown to continue his medication there. Chris has been lying to Alllie about his condition. When summer came, they spent their time together doing the things they love and nothing stopped them from having an adventure of a lifetime. However, it all changed as Chris' condition worsened and left Allie in confusion as she finally finds out the truth. Can they still get the chance to have a fun summer together or will it be their last?
