We have to keep moving or they'll catch up to us, and we're sure to get eaten alive. Leaving behind anyone in this thing is a death sentence. You leave them to be eaten, torn to shreds by the zombies. Humans vs. Zombies. Like a game. In order to survive this thing you have to think, it's just a game.
