Ryan was diagnosed with leukemia when he was 12 years old. After a four-year long battle with the disease, he is declared cancer free. He vows to keep his fight with cancer a secret when he joins college. He has just started living his life afresh in India.
Ryan falls in love with the most beautiful girl in his class, Mandy, the second he sees her. However, he doesn't express his feelings right away.
Ryan, with his best friends Landon and Taylor, enjoys his college days. He's a calm, innocent, and secretive guy, on top of being a game freak!! He never shares his secrets with anyone. It is just Landon who gets to know about his personal Diary.
Eventually, he gets into a relationship with Mandy.
However, they get separated when Mandy has to move to Canada with her dad. They are still in a long distance relationship for a while.
Later, certain events transpire and they grow apart. Vows are broken and things between them are never the same again.
Years pass by. Alone and unhappy, Ryan feels the need to find that special closeness with someone again; someone he knows well, someone who can understand him, someone who can make him strong.
Although he's still in love with Mandy, he gets together with a therapist who used to take care of him. What happens then? Does she take the place of Mandy in his heart .. ?
