Excerpt:
"Say it. I need to hear you say it." Alex quietly says looking into my eyes. But, I'm paralyzed and I don't even know why. He starts making his way to me, with sure steps and I don't even try to back away. I want this to happen. I know that now.
"I..." I try to force the words out, but they simply won't come. What is wrong with me? When did I go from Miss Articulate to Miss Stuttering? Well, I certainly have this guy in front of me to blame.
"Say it, Rose. I need you to say it." he huskily says, placing his strong hands on my waist, making me stumble forward and onto his chest so that I am looking up into those stormy blue eyes. Those eyes that I have seen angry, hurt and passionate are now gazing back at me lustfully.
Finally, after what seems like an eternity I gather the courage needed.
"I forgive you" I manage to stutter out and his eyes light up in a heart warming smile. Not wasting another second, I take the initiative and crash my lips to his.
