The personification of the lovable Republic of the Philippines, Maria Clara y Carriedo Dela Cruz, attends her very first World Conference. She's very happy to meet new and familiar faces. She starts to reminisce a lot of things after having a wonderful (and chaotic) reunion with her colonizers whom she considers as friends. Painful and precious memories starts to flow but she wouldn't let it get to her.
