The day she met him, was just a normal day. They were all pure and innocent back then, all she did was save him from her own cousin, based on her own selfish account.
He was then the one she relied on, the one who was with her in her darkest times and one that she was too selfish to release from her grasp, unknowingly. When she knows she wants him, she will have him.
