"Working at a sugar store is a blessing in disguise." That's what my friend Jenni told me. She then proceeded to tell me that I could have all of the free treats that I wanted and get a peak into people's personal lives, and she was right. People would come in and out. Some with their kids, some with their significant others. Girls and boys would walk in with tears just wanting a little bit of sugar-- which then leaded to two or three full boxes. I never judged. The store would always be craziest on Valentine's Day. And then every once and a while, Avery Harrison will waltz in his drunken glory and spill his sorrows to the girl behind the counter and I'd have to swear not to tell. Blessing in disguise? I'd beg to differ on that one. ___ All Rights Reserved to Sierra Wright. June 2016©

I heard you're a player. So let's play a game. Let's sweet talk. Let's play fight. Let's talk 24/7. Let's tell each other good morning and good night every day. Let's take walks together. Let's give each other nicknames. Let's hang out with each others friends. Let's go on dates. Let's talk on the phone all night. Let's hold each other. Let's kiss and hug. And whoever falls in love first? Loses. If you asked anyone to describe Avery Harrison in three words, everyone would say; sarcastic, care-free, and stubborn. Everybody tends to love her, why? Because she's fun and always has something hilarious to say... Unless she doesn't like you of course, then you might call her; snide, sharp and bitchy. If you did the same with Hunter Matthews it would definitely be: hot, gorgeous, beautiful, and nearly everyone would miss the slight detail that he's a player. That one slight detail is the entire reason Avery hates him, he threw girls away like old tissues, why would she? But with one scheming best friend, they are both pushed into playing 'The Game' with a prize for whoever wins. They pretend to date and whoever falls, loses. The question is: who will lose, the girl against love or the player?l
