Garrett Kendells dedicated his life to the Chantry and the Templar Order. Unlike his fellow Templars, he saw Mages as people. But his life changes drastically when he is assigned to take an accused blood mage and her accomplace to face justice.

Attacked by Darkspawn and his life saved by the very mage he is escorting, Garrett questions his beliefs and his superiors and sets out on a journey to help her clear her name.

But the Maker and Fate seems to have other ideas for Kiera and Garrett...

Before the girl is taken to Tevinter she over powers the mages with her new abilities and is found by a group of Templars. Not knowing what to do with the girl they take her back to the Ferelden Circle of Magi where she later on meets the Grey Warden... She's bi so she'll blush at anyone who flirts with her, like most of Dragon Age characters. Her romance won't happen until Veilguard. I originally started writing this to help get Dragon Age out of my system but it's starting to make my love for it grow stronger and I wish to share it with others. I'm open to any lore corrections. I unfortunately don't have any of the books so some of the lore may be lost to me but I'll try my best with the knowledge I've gained from the games, series and movie.
