Kurai Tsuki -- A freshman boy at Royal High School and Hikari's best friend. He has long, dirty blond hair that almost reaches down to his green eyes. He has a crush on Hikari but doesn't know how to bring himself to say it. When he isn't around Hikari, he can be a bit anti-social and tends to listen to his music more than other people. (This story is going to be from his point of view.)
Hikari Yami -- Also a freshman boy at Royal High School and shares most of his classes with his best friend, Kurai. They both have a lot of fun and goofing of together, even though they are pretty much opposites. Hikari likes to be social and outgoing towards others and he tends to help people when they are feeling down.
These two have a bond that is unbreakable...or so it seems. Their bond is going to be rigorously tested as they go through high school. Hopefully, it'll stay intact as they go, or maybe it'll grow stronger.
