It's the year 2020-a strange new element has been discovered by a mining company deep in the Canadian wilderness, named Resplendent Crystal after the strange light that it emanates when touched. Despite the mining company becoming the most successful in the world, strange things have been happening in the mine that they're having trouble keeping quiet. Workers are disappearing, found days later covered in horrible wounds and sores that leak a strange black liquid. Now, psychic detective Edward Hawking is called in to investigate, and what he finds defies everything known to man. Lost in a place that shouldn't exist, will he escape with his life and right the wrong that has been done, or will he die alone, never to be found?

ORIGINAL (This story is actually/sorta is based off from in real life but not really. Fiction-Fantasy-Romance, however you guys want to call it.) Cayenne, main character of this story, (also in her POV) starts dreaming in a land called Dream and about these creatures called Dreamers with one power each.
