Lacy was so sure that Alex would be her first boyfriend. Her first date, first kiss, first everything. Her plan completely changes when her dad comes back after five years, deciding to take her back to Arizona for the summer, and possibly to live with him. She tries to push her feelings aside, not for only her good, but for Alex's as well.

Alex was furious when he found out about Lacy's dad and her plans for the summer. He knew that he shouldn't be missing anything, but he just couldn't help it with her. He was planning on them having a great summer, swimming, laughing, maybe even kissing a little, meaning that he wasn't too ecstatic when he found out she was being jetted halfway across the country.

Lacy and Alex are just finishing tenth grade and everything was going perfect, until Lacy gets pulled away from the man she was planning on spending the summer with~her first crush. Alex tries to hold back his feelings, but doesn't succeed very well. They both have feelings for each other, but will they be able to stand being over a thousand miles away from each other? Or will they fall apart all together?

But it all came crashing down when her mom got in a car accident on her way to see her ride. *1 month later* She moves in with her dad who she hasn't seen in 10 years since he left when she was 7 years old and she's hated him ever since. When she gets there she wants nothing to do with him. Still hurting from her mom's accident and thinking it was her fault her mom ended up dying and now to go on top of that she has to live with the dad that abandoned her all those years ago. She also lost interest in riding horses, too until she meets the three most snobby, rich kids named Madison, Bonnie, and Lucy, who think they are better than everyone when it comes to riding horses, but Rose sure doesn't think she is. Rose thinks she can beat them, so Rose challenges her and tells her that she can beat her, so they make a deal, but the one think Rose didn't think of was that she stopped ridding because of her mom's accident and that means she has to get back on a horse. At first she doesn't think she can until a beautiful grayish white mustang comes to her dad's farm, who Rose names later as Stardust. Rose finally realizes that she can do this alone, she's going to need help from her father to help her get back on and also have help from the new cute boy, Austin who's helping for his community service. At first he doesn't want to be there, but eventually finds a reason to stay. Rose has had a good life up until the day of the accident, but now she's got to face loss, and heartbreak, but she's got to learn to get back in the race. This story holds romance, family, trust, understanding the past, and conquering your fears. *Read to find out more, I know it may sound boring from the description, but it's really not. I hope you try to read it and see that it's really good, and touching sorta. So just try to love it.*

Mia's summers kind of suck. The main problem is her parents' divorce, well, the custody agreement mainly. Her parents both love her so much that neither of them wanted to let her go. But neither parent loved her enough to stay in the same country. Which has her flying from Estonia to Italy and vice versa every, single, Monday. It's pretty difficult making friends when you're not even around for more than a week at a time. It's the second summer with this arrangement, but this year, there's a difference, every week Mia notices the same boy, on the same flight. And every week like clock work he notices her too. Elliot doesn't know what he wants to do with his life, after graduating he's left with two options, go to university and study architecture, or take a shot at a racing career. His first pick will always be racing, he's got the talent, he's got the drive, and he's got the support. But that life is far from easy. And now that he's preparing for his first season in Formula 3, he's realizing just how hard it is, having to fly between his home and his team's base in Italy every week. He's got one summer to decide, before it's too late, and he has no time for distractions. And yet, the universe seems to give him one, a girl, every week the universe shows him the same girl on his flight, and every week the universe takes her away. Elliot needs to get this girl out of his head, before he makes the wrong choice. Elliot and Mia have one summer. One summer, two countries, two choices, one flight.
