What happens when fate makes a mistake? When you are given more than one mate? Eighteen year old Alexis is about to find out. When running from her father she must flee to her grandparents, and gets caught in a deadly love triangle. Two alphas both feel her as their mate. But Alexis isn't your average shewolf. She is of alpha blood and has only ever had to watch out for herself. She has never had to rely on anyone and doesn't plan to start. She has no interest in a mate right now but when her father finds her she may find herself needing some help. I make him tell them back off and they do. My wolf wants to snap his neck and I am about to; then I heard Olivia screaming. "NO!! PLEASE!" She cries. "PLEASE LET HIM GO!" I can tell they are mates. Every time I tighten around his neck she flinches in pain. The two other boys are holding her back as she screams and sobs. I can't kill him but I can't just let him go expecting him not to attack me. I need to get this situation under control soon though. The alphas and others have, with no doubt, been called on the pack link to come on help. "Calm down and shift back and I'll let you go" I mumble to him with my mussel still clamped around his neck. "But if anyone makes a move on me I'll kill her in front of you. Do you understand?" He whimpers and shifts back. I release him and take a few steps back allowing Olivia to rush to his side. She cradles him in her arms, sobbing quietly into his neck. He rubs her back and coos into her ear trying to reassure her he was okay.

I was almost to the door when I remembered the leather jacket I brought. I turned back to the room and just as I entered the most wonderful smell hit my nose. I knew that my eyes were glowing red and my canines were out but I was pissed and didn't have a good temper. When she stepped away from me again I let out a growl and she instantly froze. "MINE." I jumped to my feet and punched him in the side. There was hardly an effect. "You're weak" he spat, walking a step closer towards me. I growled as I had had it with this blood sucking devil! My blue eyes fumed in anger as my wolf was released. I am a white wolf. Liam's eyes bulged as he saw my true form. He then smiled ready to fight. I lunged for the bastard, knocking him to the ground. His other minions rushed towards me all attaching me at once. I attempted to fight against them. They kept coming on me and it was becoming too much for me to handle. My fur had gone from a snowy white, to a bloody reddish color. So much blood. I laid down. Maybe just a minute of rest. I saw Liam walk up to me. He looked down at me and smiled. "What's wrong little wolf? No more energy?" He smirked. Then Liam was suddenly thrown to the damp ground by something, a jet black wolf with glowing red eyes. He was beautiful with his gleaming coat and strong legs. The black wolf left Liam on the ground and fiercely killed all of Liam's minions easily. He wasn't finished with his prowl, he turned back to face Liam but realized that the pureblooded vampire had already run off. Then I hear a deep growl.
