Jaspar Williams isn't the teenager you think him to be. He has mutated cells, which allow him to have green skin with monkey-like features, though this isn't the only thing that makes him different from others. The mutation also allows Jaspar to have the ability to shape shift into any animal of his choice.
(This is a Fanfiction and will have characters from the original comics, though I will also add my own twist to them and will be adding my own characters to it. The story will split up into "Episodes", meaning each book that I write won't be too long like an actual book. To put it into simpler terms, it's kind of like an actual Tv series (Examples could be The Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, etc) )
