The NCIS family is missing Ziva after three years, and one day, after Ziva manages to land herself in an Israeli hospital and back out within a couple of months, Gibbs gets an idea. This idea was just one of those ideas, those Gibbs ideas, that are so incredibly incredible that it simply cannot fail. He turns to the only person he knows will eventually agree to this 'idea', Director Jennifer Shepherd. What happens when Gibbs starts to meddle?
