Anakin Skywalker had no intentions whatsoever to become the way he is. No intention to do what he did. Yet somehow he found himself in the position he most feared, a feeling he never wanted to experience in his lifetime. The feeling of hopelessness. A sensation of drowning in himself with no escape. This was his reality. Blood, cuts, death, all these things overtook his mind and he wanted nothing more than to be released of everything. Of all the war, all the fighting, all the pain, all the hate, all the suffering. Everything. Except when his love from when he was a small child steps in, he grows torn between living for love or dying for release.
