People always wonder what it would be like if Anakin hadn't turned to the dark side. If he had just let Palpatine die at the hand of Mace Windu. If he had gone on to raise Luke and Leia with Padme. But what would really happen? Over thirty years after the first Death Star was destroyed, the Skywalker twins are raising their own children. Leia has married Han Solo and is thriving as the Chief of State of the New Republic with her three children: Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin. Luke has married Mara Jade, the former hand of the Emporer, and when he's not training the next generation of Jedi on Yavin 4, he's being a father to his kids, Ben and Amidala. Now, thirty years after the death of Anakin Skywalker, Luke and Leia have the chance to change everything. Stop their father from becoming Darth Vader, stop the destruction of Alderaan and so many other people at the hands of the Empire. But at what cost? Charting the Stars - Dinluke AU
An AU where Darth Vader found out he had a son, intercepted Obi-Wan on his way to Tatooine, and took Luke. To keep him safe from the Emperor, he hid him away on Arvala-7, where years later Din Djarin would land to collect a bounty on a 50-year-old child. Having never seen the galaxy except for what was visible from his singular window, Luke decides to go with the Mandalorian when he leaves. Specific story warnings at the beginnings of each chapter, but the biggest one is an ongoing theme of overcoming child abuse (though it is not explicit and not talked about often past the first couple of chapters) so I would like to share some resources: Abuse of any kind is never okay. For help with child abuse, please contact your local CPS hotline, or speak out to mandated reporters like teachers and doctors. They can help you and will keep you safe. If you suspect a child you know is being abused, contact CPS and do not attempt to handle the situation yourself unless it is an immediate emergency, in which case call 911 or your local emergency line. For help with domestic abuse, contact the domestic violence hotline. In America, this number is 800-799-7233 and they are available through both call and text in English and Spanish and have interpreters for over 200 other languages. Never hesitate to ask for help and leave a situation that is unsafe for you and your family. CESTA SÍLY je příběh, který snad, až bude jednou celý dopsán, propojí vesmír Expandovaného Universa (LEGENDS) a Disneyho nových příběhů a vysvětlí, jak můžou oba vesmíry koexistovat najednou. CESTA SÍLY se začíná odehrávat po vyhození Mace Windua z okna Darth Sidiousem v epizodě III a jednotlivé části se táhnou celou historií STAR WARS. Doufám, že až celý příběh dokončím, že se bude všem líbit a z fanfikce se stane plnohodnotný přírůstek do Expandovaného Universa. Star Wars Episode I: The Knight Awakens
It is no longer the story of a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. . . . The Skywalker story is not yet over, for the destiny of the chosen one was not fulfilled. Instead, the great space opera finds itself in our world, in our time. Follow the story of the last and only Jedi, and his story that has been thousands of years in the making. This is the Star Wars story in my own words, and how I believe the Skywalker story should have ended. While I'm not a fan of the Disney canon, I am including and employing some of the more positive elements from it into this work. There will also be a notable amount of lore from the now non-canon legends. I plan to tie everything together in a neat and adoring fashion, to provide as much fan service as possible. A Chosen One shall come, born of no father, and through him will ultimate balance in the Force be restored. Throughout the galaxy, many had heard the prophecy of the Chosen One. Since the discovery of Anakin Skywalker, a majority of the Jedi Order were convinced they'd found the one who'd bring balance to the Force. Instead, Anakin Skywalker caused the downfall of the Jedi and the rise of power for the Dark Side. With Darth Vader the Dark Side grew strong yet in the end, he killed the Emperor, not only redeeming himself but also finally restoring balance to the Force as the prophecy had foretold. But by the time balance was restarted it was already too late... The Dark Side of the Force had a grip on the galaxy that the Light simply couldn't match. The only way balance could be restored was by making that Anakin Skywalker fulfilled his role as the Chosen One without falling into darkness first. It was said before...dark times approach as the sun and the moon go by, and it was true. Everyone that could, as well as everyone that couldn't, were able to feel it somehow. That darkness felt like a knot in the throat, a tickle in the pit of the stomach, a shiver in the bones...and it felt closer. The Clone Wars continued to escalate and they seemed to have no end, our heroes grew tired everyday and wondered if this could be called "a life" anymore; their happiness seemed to last merely seconds, specially since the team no longer is what it once was. However, not everything is sadness, not everything is sorrow. There's also love, there's also happiness, and most importantly, there's hope. Hope that everything will get better, hope that there could be a bright future for the Galaxy and it's inhabitants. The questions that remained were if this light could defeat the darkness, if good could overcome evil, if people could remain happy, if love was really the strongest power, if angels could turn into demons and if those angels could defeat demons or if demons could turn back into angels. There's only one way to find out, by travelling through the second part of this story. We'll watch the Battle of the Heroes, we'll listen to the Duel of the Fates and we'll see if there's a New Hope. We'll see if good prevails or if it is defeated by the shadows once and for all.
