Lars ends up dreaming about one of his bandmates, Kirk Hammet, in an unexpecting romantic way. With the sudden ending to Lars' dream, his thoughts race, and wonders in reality if Kirk really likes him back.

Jason has always felt like an outsider. Filling the shoes of the recently passed Cliff Burton is no easy task, not to mention a seemingly unwelcome one, based on the reaction from Jason's new bandmates. James in particular is grieving his loss with alcohol and rage, a combination that leads to his violent night terrors. It takes you awhile to realize after lots of conversations with Kirk, and a slight kiss with Kirk for you to realize, but once you do, everything is just amazing. 89' James x reader :)
