When seventeen-year-old Eliza Witheree's family is taken to a safe haven in Washington D.C by the National Guard after an international bioterrorist group threatens the world with nuclear weapons, Eliza and her baby sister are accidentally left behind.

Eliza quickly learns the bombs launched by the bioterrorist group are no ordinary nuclear weapons: the radiation that poisons the air proceeding the initial bomb blast does not affect children, and it leaves some adults zombified.

Thrust into a world of flesh-eating monsters who were once adults, shadow-playgrounds of cities, children waging war on each other, and terrorists in hazmat suits kidnapping children, Eliza has three goals: Survive, keep her little sister safe, and get the hell to Washington DC so she can find the rest of her family.

The world has ended, and it will push a sharp-witted, nerdy young woman to extremes as every odd is stacked against her.

Stay low. Kill first. Die last.

It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own. Surviving after everyone she knew died has made her physically strong and honed her intelligence, but she is emotionally devastated. There is nothing to fear if you don't make yourself emotionally vulnerable. James has spent the last five years helping to build up a colony of survivors. He believes in the small town they have populated and its mission to save humanity from extinction. He and his small team of men find scattered people and bring them in. Over the last two centuries, women have fought for and won more and more rights, gaining equality with men. Society, law, and technology bolsters and enforces these rights, but now they are gone. Women's equality with men is over. There are just too few of them. They aren't lesser but greater, more important, more valuable than men. Men are expendable. Men can stay outside alone if they like, but all women must be brought inside the safety of the Colony and properly taken care of. James has been searching the area Leah lives in. Her time of solitude is up. Leah sparks something in James he's never felt before. He's not letting this one get away, certainly not twice. Warning: Contains sex, some violence, occasional foul language, and adult issues. Genre: Science Fiction, Romance, Post-apocalyptic, Dark romance Length: 84,468 words This book has been published on Amazon. The first ten chapters will be updated to what you get in the published novel and will remain here, so you can try before you buy.

THE UNDEAD (Zombie x Reader)

14 chapitres En cours d'écriture

They're not supposed to feel. So why does this one seem... different? Zombies don't just develop feelings... not love, not empathy, not anything. They're mindless, flesh-hungry monsters driven by an unstoppable virus. No mercy, no second thoughts. Just kill or be killed. But somehow, this one isn't like the rest. (Y/N) is a lone survivor in a world overrun by the undead. Every day is a battle to stay alive, to find food, shelter, and some reason to keep going. When she stumbles upon a group of survivors, hope flickers but so does danger. Because something or someone is following her. A stalker. But not a typical one. He's infected. Dead. And yet... he seems to be obsessed with her. Protective. Territorial. Almost like he's in love. How is that even possible? Can a zombie really develop feelings or is something far darker at play? One thing's for sure is this apocalypse is about to get a whole lot bloodier. ⚠️ Warning: Contains graphic violence, blood, adult language, and some strong scenes. Reader discretion is advised.
