One quiet Christmas morning, these four teens' parents throw a sleepover for their young kids. They hate it but don't go against their parents and agree to do it. The parents get a call on their phones, and while the teens are in the living room, sitting on the couch, being anti-social, they answer the call. These aliens have called them, and they have progressed their technology to suck-in the parents through their phones and hold them captive for future experiments. Not a minute later, aliens jump through the windows and attack the defenseless teens. The teens find a way to hold them back for a while, just until they have gotten to their basement. The aliens try to open the door, but with it locked, they don't have a choice but to search the house for any other captors. This happens all around the world, and these four determined teens-Kaylub, Makoto, Dean, and Jacob- have to find a way to save their parents, along with the world, from these Invaders. But what happens if one of them has alien blood?
Co-written by: Eevee2 in chapters 1-6 & 8. Kaylub will only be used in those chapters and the tenth one because unfortunately one of the creators isn't committing to the book. And because of the fact that this isn't a fan-fiction, Kaylub isn't going to stay in the book. Also, the character Kaylub comes from this person as well.

"I'm bein' serious as all outdoors, I can't say it." Jack says. "Maybe because you talk like a weed whacker." I say. Jack looks taken back by my comment. "You're funny. I like you...Kerin?" Jack says. "Keep trying." I say. "Jack, why don't you help Kieran settle into his room?" Roger suggests putting so much emphasis on my name, I almost forget how to say it. "You mean my room? Sure thing, Father." Jack huffs. Wait... I have to share a room with that thing? He looks like he bites. "Don't worry, Kieran. He don't bite." Roger assures me. Did I say that aloud or has Jack bitten in the past? **************************** Kieran's life is in shambles. His parents suddenly die in a car accident and he is sent to his father's next of kin, Roger all the way in Georgia. He doesn't know Roger, He doesn't like Georgia, and worse - they live on farm and Roger has 7 kids. This story is not getting the attention it deserves, so I am attempting to "re-brand" it. Maybe no one "gets" it. If you want to read about "Normal" teenagers, maybe this isn't for you, it's more complicated than that. It's about a teenager who doesn't fit it, but doesn't want to, who has the best two friends that anyone could have. Who watched his father lose his job in the Recession and then loses his home, and how he copes, especially when he learns that their new house is haunted and the ghost is in his room. Michael was an average kid, although he's always stood out. He was a school jock but also a skater whose long blond hair almost reaches his waist. When his parents lived in a house in a home owners association like all his other friends, life seemed normal. Then his father lost his job and suddenly those "friends" weren't there anymore--except for his two best friends, Short Round and Dewey. The three are skaters, good ones, who live for girls and their skateboards. They're also basically good kids who take pride in being different without paying attention to it. When Michael loses his home and his family has to move they have his back. And they are there for him when the ghost girl starts following him around. Mariah was murdered when she was just 15, her remains were never found, although no one but her and her ghost friend, Crazy Girl, know where their bodies are buried. The house Michael now lives in is the one where she lived with her family, and her old room is now his. She appears to him one night, trying to taunt him, but against her will she is falling in love with the boy who lives in her old room. Slowly the two begin to fall in love and Mariah tells him her story, and of the hidden danger that lies up the street from him. FOR YOUR AMUSEMENT: If anyone cares to know, the whole story was inspired by a little book I had about strange disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle, a "make pretend" or role playing game I made up with my little brother based on that book, and the videogame "Free Doom". This was a free version of the classic Doom, and I was running it in the Risen3d engine with different character models.
