Mr. X has moved The Syndicate's operations from Wood Oak City to Toronto, Canada for reasons unknown. Meanwhile, the League of Evil Exes has somehow fully reformed, and is bent on exacting revenge on Scott. Alliances old and new will be formed, battles will be fought, but who will come out on top? Takes place after the events of Streets of Rage Remake, and book 6 of the Scott Pilgrim series.
