A group, comprised of androids, humans, and a witch, set out to investigate and solve conflicts in their city. Along the way, they meet new characters, either on on their side, neutral, or fighting against what the group investigates. The main protagonist of the story, Mora, leads the group and tries to reconnect with what she once was. The other protagonists are Asaka, Rose, Atsuto, Bruno, Monica, Jessica, and Sam.
