- Sequel to "A Dark Light" -
Sundancer and Sunpearl feel like they've been through it all. From building a friendship from complete hatred, forcing two herds that just didn't get along to live together for a winter, and having evil stallions take over their herds, the pair has been pushed to the limit. Yet the journey isn't over yet. The herds are unstable, Hawkeye can't handle leading two herds. Silverblaze has betrayed his herd and yet Sundancer still thinks she has feelings for him. Sunpearl is pregnant with Darkstar's foal. Taking place at the start of the next winter, "A Dark Journey" continues the story of these horses.
Because the journey isn't over yet.
