(It might sound a little cheesy but give it a chance I'm really, really bad at summaries)
You all know the story behind Captain America. Well this one is a story about a girl who went through the same thing. Only this girl was forced into becoming what she is, she didn't have a choice. So now she is being forced into becoming an Avenger. Because they think that she can help. The others didn't want her to be forced into anything, but something's wrong with Nick Fury causing strange things to happen.
Captain America feels a strong connection with her that he didn't know he could've felt in the first place. He can't help but disagree and feel horrible for many of the things that happen to this girl.

A story in which America's favorite Captain gives a new life and family to a five-year-old girl who has suffered well beyond her years... During an intense Hydra-disassembly mission, the Avengers are able to successfully detain countless Hydra personnel, as well as several of the evil agency's test subjects. Bucky declines the offer, wanting to live a normal life, but Elizabeth doesn't know if she should join her her brother, fighting evil with her unnatural powers, or stay with Bucky, living a sort of normal life. Who will she choose? She loves them both and doesn't want to leave them. She can't decide, but with this Civil War, she won't have to.
