When Milo (the confused college-goer) says hello, he's praying to gods he doesn't believe in that a wizard café replies instead of his beast of a stepmother.
Embarking on a quest communicated entirely through phone calls and the occasional teleportation trick, Milo, Milo, and Milo must battle the largest running underground scam of all time and prevent a potential witch infestation from taking over planet Earth.
All with the help of a cryptic elf, of course.

Book 4 in the Kasper series Its been just over a month since I've seen Milo, but according to Rosie he sill goes to races. So you can probably guess where I have been. I have gone to every single race I have heard about in the hopes of finding him. I've seen him a few times, but he doesn't get out of his car and leaves as soon as he gets his prize. Hes won every race. So this time I stand right at the finish line. Milo pulls around the last corner and beats the other contestants by a land slide. He comes to a stop and gets out as hes handed his money. I step forward and make eye contact with him. I take another step forward then another and - sirens. His eyes go wide and everyone scatters. I'm just a few feet away from him now, and I worry hes gunna get in his car and leave, but instead he dose something so much better. He grabs my wrist and pulls me around his car, shoves me in the passenger seat, and slams the door. Almost every one is gone now, so he jumps over the hood and slides into the drivers spot.
