Skye Anderson is a girl with many dreams, though she often kept them to herself. She didn’t open up to anyone about her personal life. Well, no one except for her boyfriend, Andy. He was the only one who understood her. Or so she thought.

Skye’s dad left her and her mom when she was three years old. Although it was fifteen years later, she still had trust issues with anyone that came into her life. She didn’t get out very much during her high school years. She much rather spend her time alone or with Andy. High school had just let out and Skye graduated at the top of her class. But leaving high school meant one thing: college. Skye had her heart set on the college of her dreams: University of Central Florida. But going to the college of her dreams meant leaving California, her mom, and Andy behind.

At UCF, Skye meets McKenna, her roommate who has lived in Florida all her life. Will Skye’s friendship with McKenna give her chances to open up to someone new? Will Skye let go of her past with Andy and finally open up to someone else? Or will she seclude herself once again and continue to be Hard to Love?

He brushed his lips against my jaw, his dark hair falling over his brow. "Open your eyes," he commanded. "Look at me." I followed his orders and looked into the raven-black depths before me. I saw my entranced gaze reflected in his glaring one. "Tell me what you see." I kept on looking at him, searching for something, anything, that remained of the person he used to be. They say the eyes are the windows to the soul. But his eyes were so dark, so empty . . . "Nothing. I see nothing," I whispered. He smirked, his gaze still on me. He pulled away, leaving me feeling cold. "Exactly. You see nothing - that's because there's nothing there." ** How much can a person change in just three years? Short and full of fiery spirit, Hanna Jordan is a gifted college student who is enrolled in one of the most prestigious culinary programs in the country. She's just returned from three years of study in France and is anxious to reconnect with her longtime friend, Rian Aronhalt. However, when she does finally see him, she's startled to find that he's become an entirely different person. Cold, ill-tempered, and exceptionally attractive, Rian is absolutely nothing like his old self. Worst of all, he claims he doesn't even remember her. Despite their differences, both are haunted by dark memories of the past, which form a poisonous bond between Hanna and Rian that neither can escape from. Can they both heal from the scars time left behind, and find love in the process?

It Will Never Be The Same Again (Before You Exit Fanfic)

20 parts Complete

Mia has never felt the way she is currently feeling when Connor left her for tour. Although she had some friends to accompany her through this tough time, it wasn't enough. She cannot just fight the feeling of her longing for the guy she had fallen in love with months ago. True enough, after a month she thought things will go back to how it was once Connor comes back from tour, but it didn't. Things got worse, especially with the issue they are both fighting for. She thought that the times she had waited for him, the sacrifices she had done and the efforts she had put in just so she can have this boy wasn't appreciated by anyone. What happens when Connor lets her go just this once? Will it result to him being happy with himself and Mia, having the courage to accept all these things that are happening to her life? Maybe not. Mia realized that there's no chance for them to be together anymore so she tried her best to move on. Later on, Connor realized how important Mia is to her and so he tried his best to have her back but indeed it was too late. Everything has fallen apart and things will never be the same again.
