Dipper started to think about when he was younger, and his first visit to gravity falls with his sister, as he drives by the worn out Gravity Falls sign on his way to the mystery shack. Mabel, Dippers sister is asleep in the passenger seat hugging her pet pig waddles. Dipper and Mabel are now 18 years old, and this is there first time returning to Gravity falls since they where 12 years old.
