Most of Arkham Asylums inmates have had children of their own. They all own the gangs their parents had and rule over the Gotham underworld. Today, this story shall tell of four particular children. The daughter of the mad hatter, the son of poison ivy, the daughter of the penguin, and the son of scarecrow.
