All fairy tales are supposed to end happily ever after, no? What if they were just lies? The truths behind those tales could be as black as the night for all you know. Maybe you think I'm just a skeptic, a hardened old man who just doesn't see the magic anymore. Well, you'd be right on both accounts. Don't let me dampen your love of stories and how the world works.
But for those of you who seek the truth and want to know more, I invite you to listen to my tale. For I was there when that awful woman Lady Tremaine took control of my former lord's manor. I saw the depths of evil that lived inside her. And most importantly, I saw the girl you call Cinderella change from beloved daughter to fierce warrior.
Before there was princes and love, there was heartbreak and war. My name's John and I was just a stable boy, but I was there and was able to chronicle The Tragic Tale of Cinderella.

To Heal Is To Hurt
what if healing someone gave you their pain? and what if taking someone's pain meant you were permanently stuck with it? A wish was made, and the world was given these conditions after years of healers being constantly used. what happens to those in pain? what happens to those who wish to have no pain? In this world lived two sisters, May and Fea. May was always the more cold one distancing herself as a way to prevent pain, while Fea sparkles with a childlike joy wherever she goes (maybe because she's six). But Fea had never once had a moment of peace, vomiting blood, passing out, and that horrible uncontrollable shaking. It's becoming fatal. but after everything May has lost, her dreams, her time, her true love, she can't risk losing her sister too. but would helping her take her own life or just make both of them suffer? I was inspired to write this story off of a big event that happened in my life, I won't share to many details for privacy reasons, but for about a year I was very close with my stepsister, then some events occurred and I was never allowed to see her again. so, to pair with my love for dark fantasy, real world experiences, and desire to write, I give you To Heal Is To Hurt. enjoy!Complete

I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy

"You trust me, don't you?" he says with a smile, that smile. It had fooled everyone, even me at some point, and for the first time I want to scream with rage and shake the earth to the core. "Give me a hug," he says pulling me out of the chair that feels like a rock underneath me. I am as stiff as a board as his hands circle me, making me feel worse than dirt. His hands reach between my thighs and I want to plunge a knife deep through his chest. The only thing stopping me is, the knife is no where near. I pull back and I don't try to hide the anger in my eyes. I want him to see it. To know that I am coming for him. Rape is chanted repeatedly in my mind, reminding of the lies I just told and the false accusations I am throwing on innocent people. Beloved "I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine"
I have always been a hopeless romantic, always daydreaming of my prince charming to come, sweep me off my feet and we would ride off into the sunset to our happily ever after. When you're a princess this type of idea could be possible but not in my case. I'm not your typical princess, yes I wear a crown, fancy dresses and like sparkles but I also love archery, riding my horse and escaping from the castle ever so often. At times I want to be able to get away from all of the responsibility and have an adventure, meet someone new, fall in love. But with a stern father, a stuck in the middle mother, crazy sisters and a captain of the guard that wont leave me alone, how can I accomplish my dreams. So what do I do?
