"The Wolf's Soul" is the tales of a boy who was apparently born with the soul of two wolves that script an ancient quote. "There are two wolves within the body, one is evil, and one is good that are constantly at battle. Which one wins, is the one you feed the most."
The story manifestations itself around the 1850's-1890's in some unknown place/region in Japan. The storie's protagonist is a 15 year old boy named 'Hiroyuki'. He casts himself as a loner, secretly struck by fear with every second ever since he witnessed the murder of his parents from two village guards at the age of 2. When he was orphaned, a lady named 'Honoka (Ms. Mother[nickname]))' took him in and raised him alongside with her own son 'Junichi,' who is also Hiroyuki's rival. 

This is what causes him to take acts in evil and in good. During this time, the emperor has attained full rule and enslaves the low class (including Hiroyuki's adopted family). During a trade caravan stop, Hiroyuki promises to comeback for Honoka and makes a run for it. He successfully escapes into a villages far to the east named 'Tamashī no mura (Soul Village). Here, the villages praise a group called 'The Red', a group of rebels who seek redemption against the emperor and the law, and works to free the enslaved people. Hiroyuki joins them, and soon he becomes one of the greatest people known in the land.All Rights Reserved
