QUICK NOTE: I am aware that Mulder and Scully are the one of the best TV duos ever, but for the purpose of this story, Dana Scully is a nonexistent character. The main character is Sydney Watson, a rookie cop who gets swept up in a federal case when Agent Fox Mulder brings the X Files to New York.
