Arina has been independent and responsible all throughout her childhood. Her wit heavily matched that of her father's, Edward Scheen, CEO of a 5-star resort in Boston.

Arina's brother, Evan, is spunky and playful, with a lighthearted outlook on life. He treats the world as a joke, and has no perception of responsibility. Evan takes after his mother, Evelyn. Evelyn abandoned the Scheen family when Arina was 7 and Evan was 10, because, according to Evan, she refused to settle for a life committed to a stone-faced, cold-hearted man like Edward. Despite Edward's seriousness, he favored his only son over his responsible daughter.

15 years later, Arina is 22, attending MIT. Evan's 25, and still lives with their father. Edward is close to retirement age now, and looking to pass his position to one of his children. Arina wants that job more than anything, but Evan does too. Arina is determined to prove to her father that as a woman she is just as, if not more than capable of taking over the resort-if only he would let her try.

Sex and Death in Skeleton City

29 parts Complete

Geoff and Naomi are dead, and they're depressed, but when Geoff's cat Bernie dies as well, they embark on a wild journey to find it in the underworld. ***** When Geoff dies, alongside his girlfriend Naomi, they end up sharing an apartment in the Underworld as skeletons. But after a few years, Geoff starts suffering a mid-death crisis. What's the purpose of going through the motions as a skeleton if you can't really live? Then he gets word that his cat, Bernie, just died and he can collect him and bring him home! Geoff and Naomi hurry to get Bernie only to discover that, due to a clerical error, their cat has been lost. With the hunt for Bernie giving new purpose to Geoff's un-life, he and Naomi begin a quest to get back their cat. Battling skeleton pirates, climbing the sky ladder and facing off against the villain who took Bernie, Geoff is determined to find his purpose - or die a second time trying!
