The Outsider

Sierra used to be a normal, nerdy girl that lived in a vault.

Now, not so much.

After being introduced to the wasteland, she discovers that the purifier Cywren Caster used didn't completely do its job, and some of it failed to do anything at all.

She now vows to help Cywren however she can, but first we need to hear the story of The Outsider.
